PeLin Developments is a property development management firm specialising in multi-residential, apartments, commercial and hotel projects in Australia.
We act on the Principals behalf from conception through to completion. PeLin can be engaged at any stage through the development process from procurement of land, the engagement of consultants, planning, the selection of abuilding contractor and or handover of the completed development.  We provide a dedicated client side representative service for the Principal, tailored to suit the specific style and size of each project meeting the individual Developers needs.

Our History

PeLin Developments was created as a result of a gap seen by Peter in the current client services offerings to the development and construction industry. Peter and his team provide the expertise of key personnel to oversee unique projects looking at each aspect of a projects needs from site suitability, planning, logistics, structural, construction methodology, financial and HS&E considering the changing environments throughout the different tiers and types of construction projects both in Melbourne and Australia. It is through the partnership drawn from strong consultant relationships and industry experts that PeLin are able to mitigate the current risks associated with development and construction in todays markets.

Having worked on local and international projects and continually finding short comings with the services provided by current client side project management firms, PeLin offers a tailored client representative consultancy dedicated to filling this void. We offer a simple and complete solution when looking at the planning, design, logistics, financial, construction and or the aesthetic appeal of any given project.

Just some of our past projects overseen include:

  • 26 three storey townhouse development in Craigieburn, Melbourne
  • A lifestyle resort development (102 indépendant living dwellings with golf course, shops, country club, commercial amenities and associated infrastructure) located on the mid north coast NSW
  • 'Panorama Heights' in Port Macquarie NSW.  An exclusive residential land subdivision encompassing 40 allotments achieving the highest purchase prices at the time for residential lots in the region.

Peter's career experience in projects in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East provide a solid management and construction knowledge at an international level.

PeLin's focus is on delivering solutions and providing representation tailored to meet each clients individual needs.  With Peter's 40 years of experience in the Development and Construction industry, locally and overseas, PeLin is able to provide a high level of expertise and overview drawn from all market segments.

With a successful background and involvement in completing unique and sometimes difficult projects on time and under budget, Peter and his team approach each project understanding both the developers expectations and the construction contractors complexities or limitations. Essentially identifying possible risks associated with each project in advance, thereby mitigating the Principals risk before it occurs.

Principals representative 

Acting as the principals representative overseeing the development as a whole, PeLin are able to oversee and manage every facet of procurement, design, construction, roll out through to commissioning and final hand over.

Property sourcing and procurement

Working with a project tailored team of real estate and marketing consultants we are able to investigate, source and assist in the procurement of the most appropriate site, specific to the needs and expectations of our clients. Taking careful consideration of the expected finished product outcome and long term plans for each individual development.

Selection of project consultants specific to each development

From Peter's years of experience working with a large group of consultants with specific expertise in all sectors, PeLin are able to draw on this pool of contacts to secure the appropriate consultants to suit your specific project requirements. Ensuring that the team selected is able to interpret and provide a seamless solution for the documentation and management of each phase of the design, planning and construction stages of your development.

Risk Management 

PeLin approach every single development as if it were our own with particular attention being paid to the planning, financial, construction, time and quality of each project. Thus ensuring that accurate and timely reporting, forecasting and control measures are being implemented at key milestones of the development.

PeLin take an active role in every development to personally ensure that the project is overseen and managed at the highest level from conception, planning, construction through to completion and handover.
